Part1. Munich, Here we are!!!!!
Yeah...it's a story with a long-long preface, but I'll tell it shortly. When I saw how many of fosers were going to Munich gig, the thought of going there immediately appeared in my head, though I wasn't sure at all that I would be able to go ( hehe, I couldn't plan a week-time period, how could I plan for a year?
) but still,this though already lived in my head and I sent this request to The Space. Even when the show was sold out, and then postponed I kept thinking positive, and thinking the if I'm destined to be there, I'll be there. And it worked . As we say, there's no bad thing without a good thing - when show was postponed from october to december, many ppl couldn't go - yep of course I'm sorry that it happened so, but this gave me a chance to buy a show ticket. Actually it was my friend Joanne who bought me a ticket and brought that thought of going to the show back to my head when I almost left this thought, when the show was postponed. She wrote me : " heey, there are tickets on sale appeared! it's our chance..no! it's our destiny!" and I thought -yep, it must be! So I saw that sign of the Universe and asked Joanne to buy the tickets. Since then I was almost sure I would come to Munich and join the Family of Spiders there! So..that day has come. We arrived at Munich late in the evening on 15th of December. Again, things happened luckily and it turned out so that we were staying in the hotel together with Dasha - Engel-Weigweiser. So she met us on the platform and led to out hotel, thus saving us from being lost at night.
Hehe, we chatted with Dasha almost all night long. we discussed scorps and told our scorps stories, just talked about life and some funny stories. Our chatting was interrupted from time to time with the grumbling of my husband kinda " enough! go to bed!"
, but we didn't care actually and continued our conversation? which was accompanied by my husband's snoring. Dasha, dear friend! It was a real pleasure for me to meet you in person and to talk to you! You're really positive, cheerful and very interesting person! I thank the Destiny that brought us together in Munich! Respect to you and I wish you best of luck in your rock career
The next morning we met Gianluca and went for city tour. The weather was really fine for sightseeing ( for me of course, coz +3 is really warmer that -20 we had in our city that time
).And I loved the city! we walked around the center, visited Christmas Market ( yeah I loved that spirit and the way the city was decorated!!!!
), took some photos. Then went to Paulaner for a lunch, and I enjoyed the food and the bavarian beer. I also had a shot of schnapps, which I liked as well.Gianlua, I'm very pleased to have this walking with you! sorry, I was a bad Munich guide, but if you come to St Petersburg, I promise I'll be better guide.
After lunch I tried to get in touch with Joanne, coz I was supposed to give her my part of gifts for gift bags, and I was afraid that sms-es wouldn't work again, as I was in Russia, but thanks God everything worked, and we scheduled our meeting in HRC at 4 pm.
So we took the gifts and went to HRC. oh, yep, when we were leaving our hotel foe HRC I met Adry at the reception, who had just arrived from Oberhaussen. Yeah.. it was really amazing to start meeting my fos friends!!!! I was really exited, and couldn't wait to met Joanne.
Part2. HRC. a night to remember.
When I entered HRC, Joanne, Beth and Susan were already there. So we met, hugged, and, as usually I started to ask if there was any help needed, but Joanne said that first of all there was a surprise - and, gosh, I saw Herman Rarebell coming
. wow! yeah of course deep in my soul I hoped to meet someone of the guys in HRC, and there also were rumors that Herman was going to be there. and hey, he came! He was there with his wife Claudia. And he turned out to be a very nice guy. we talked a bit, took some photos, of course I said I'm waiting for him in April with M.Schenker in my city, so he was pleased to hear it. so wow! great starting of a party I thought! My heart was ready to jump out coz of the emotions I had.But the work comes first. and there were really a lot things to do. So ladies asked me to help with sewing the elves hats that were a part of the gift bags. the idea was that everyone put this hat on during a party. yeah it was great idea ( thank you Beth!) - coz it really brought the Christmas spirit to the party, and, besides the hats helpes us to define ourselves as FOSers. cool!
So I tried to be useful as much as I could during the preparing for the party, so unfortunately I missed the dinner, that some FOSers had in Hofbrauhaus. but once again, it was my pleasure to help, coz indeed there was alot of work to do!
Finally the party time had begun and FOSers stated to enter HRC one by one. And I saw many familiar faces, which I have already met in Brussels last year, and, along with them many new FOSers -and it was simply incredible! Looking at how the small room becoming overcrowded I realized all the sizes of Family Of Spiders, all the power of Scorpions and their music, that they could do it - unite so many different ppl all around the world. And it was fantastic!
Finally I could meet in person Gabi, Emilie&Diego, Sandrine, it was a great pleasure to meet Beth and Susan as well, and also to get aquainted with some new amazing ppl -and I was extremely happy. I couldn't believe it was happening in reality, that I wasn't dreaming...
After everyone got his/her gift bag, we had to go outside the private room coz it was too small for us. So we all sat at the tables in the main room of HRC, where there were only scorps songs playing - sooo cool! The atmosphere was so warm and friendly! The only one inconvenience was that we all were spread around HRC, but we had nothing to do with it, coz the room was too small to accommodate all the members of the family....but, after all, we could move around the cafe and talk to each other.
I sat with Curry and her bf Viktor, 2 russian fans - 2 Tatianas
and Gabi of course! so I enjoyed our staying together and communicating. Still, as the atmosphere was a bit messy, I had to move here and there.Ha! there was a wonderful moment when Dasha came and sat next to us, and she started to sing Holiday, and she brought so much positive energy, that i couldn't resist to join her ( though, unlike Dasha, who has a very beautiful voice, I don't have neither voice nor hear). So we sang it and it was just amazing!!!!!!
Then there was a lottery during which we all had so much fun ( haha yeah I won very interesting prize
- a plate with a sign " caution. Scorpion habitat. This area is home to Scorpions. Please take care when using this area" - I've already hung it on my wall )And, as it had to be, in the end of the party we had a great performance of a great tribute to Scorpions band, consisting of Crazy italians and hungarian FOSers. they all were just gorgeous, they brought so mush positive and fun to us, we also started to sing along with them. Salvatore was just perfect "Klaus" -sang so emotionally!
And, as it has to be, in the end we had a pyramid!So, my opinion is that the FOS meeting in HRC went just perfect!!!! I got so many emotions, met so many "old" and "new" fos friends, so everything was amazing!
And, behind all this fun and partying, there were standing 2 incredible FOS ladies - Joanne and Delphine! I wanted to write a thankful message to them, but after reading Curry's review I decided just to put her words about it into here, coz I couldn't have said it better. Hope you wouldn't mind it, sis
:JOANNE, DELPHINE... Thanks you girls! You are more than amazing! You are that real die-hards, every band wants to have! You did a great job, making great plans, coming up with awesome ideas and made them all real!
Everyone, fans, Scorpions, please, read this: these two girls didn`t stop working all night/party long just for our great time and fun! They couldn`t eat, they couldn`t drink, they couldn`t chat normally with the other fans... They were charged 'cause of the well-done job, but they seemed exhausted too - standing on feet, pleasing everyone, explaining, doing lottery tickets, doing lottery, giving giftbags, being kind and patient to answer everyone`s questions.. Of course, I don`t want to miss Susan and Beth, you too were an important part of the whole machine, but the engines above just amused me with their energy, with their devotion and for their strong wish to make a NIGHT TO REMEMBER for everyone! And THEY DID IT! I hope, somehow, someday, they`ll receive their credits from the band, even though I am more than sure it`s not that the reason they made the convention! It was "from the fans to the fans".
Year these two ladies rocked! And I'm endlessly thankful to them, coz they missed all the party just trying to make it as good as possible, and their mission accomplished successfully!!! Gosh I saw their state after the party, they were just exhausted, very exhausted....My full respect to you, Joanne and Delphine!!!!!!
And, girls, I'm so sorry I couldn't help you to put the things in order and to clean the meeting room after the party - just my second half was too angry with me that I stayed, as he said, for ages at the party, that I just had to go with him otherwise he would kill me for sure...
So we came "home" happy and charged with tons of positive energy! The 1st day went even better than I expected...but the best was yet to come....
Part 3. Shopping, MJ or arena?
Yeah...it was a tough choice. But I decided to combine it all.
At first I did some quick shopping with my husband ( who, btw, after making good friends with Curry's boyfriend Viktor, decided not to go to the show and to continue watching Munich's sights with Victor) and then we hurried to MJ's shop, and Matt had already come there. But by the time we had come, there were lots of ppl there, the shop was reallt overcrowded, I just saw Matt giving autographs surrounded by a huge crowd of ppl. well, of course I wanted to come to him, at least just to say "hello" and "thank you", but this mission seemed to be impossible...
I also wanted to stay to see the party with James and Pawel ( and also to meet them and to say a couple of words to them), but Adry told us there were already ppl waiting at the arena doors and that he would go there...well.. the fighting about to stay or not to stay was really tough in me, but in the end I did decided to go to the arena - to sacrifice small for big's sake....and, as it turned out later, I made the right choice. So I missed the party at MJ's shop, which, as ppl say, was great! ( well, could it be in the other way, eh?)
So when we arrived at the venue, yep, there were some ppl already waiting, but frankly speaking not so many as I expected to see ( you know, after russian shows....).
We were standing and waiting together with Adry, Gianluca, Emilie and Diego, my friend from Moscow Tatiana, and some Italian fans. haha, I was impessed by the glove one italian girl ( Irene?) had - it was with the foam-rubber scorpion on it and it was sooo cool!!!! So, the time with the friends went really fast, and the weather wasn't so cold ( rememberring St Peter's show in April, when I almost froze to death...) - so there came the time when the doors were opened...
Part 4. ..And let the show begin!!!
...Gosh, I don't know whom I have to thank - the God, the Destiny, but mostly I suppose I ve to thank Joanne and one more nicest guy ever - thanks to you I manage to get into the middle of the T-front...
gosh I couldn't even dream of this place... when I was standing at the venue doors and watching all that crazy crowd, I was only praying to get at least ANY place at the 1st row...but the middle of T..incredible!!!!!I was standing between Gabi ( heyy!!! my sweet friend, it was such a great pleasure to stand next to you at the show!!!!!!) and Luky and his friend - yeah guys you also rock - I had much fun and laught watching you represent a "drum set" and "play" it during the heating act- it was really funny! I've to say, that this time all the front of the T was occupiend by FOSers! - Adrian&Italians, Joanne, Susan, Curry, Hungarians and me - fantastic!!!!!
So, as for the heating act - it was so-so- comme ci comme ça - I don't know why, but I've got the associatiions of them as of a mixture of Rammstein and Judas Priest.
Anyway I survived it and...

yeahhhhh...again that hurricane of emotions, esp from this place - I could see the whole band so clearly!!!!
And the guys all were in a great shape!!! The playing, the sounding, Klaus' voice....I was flying somewhere above, I was the one with them, with their music...gosh I can't find the right words to describe all the emotions..though I guestt you know how it feels on Scorpions' shows.
I was amazed how Klaus recognized all the fosers, coming to the edge of the stage, poiting and calling the names : "Adrian, Curry" - that's what I saw several times fr sure! and then Klaus saw Gabi, and said - heyy, that Gabi!!!! - and then he kissed and threw her his plec - gosh..that put me in tears ( haha, not from jelaous - no way! but from the extreme happiness for Gabi and my other friends - thay deserved such treatment!!!!, and plus my heart again filled with the peepest and endless respect to Klaus... he is really incredible man! - coz I saw that he was sincerely happy to see his fans!!!!) - and, haha, when he said this, i instinktively replied: "yeah that's Gabi, yeah!!!"
- though of course he didn't saw my reply, but I was so happy that I couldn't control myself then!That fact that the band know and respect their fans touches me so deeply each time I see it....
Haha, and, I don't know actually, maybe just coz I was standing next to Gabi, of Klaus just messed me up with somebody - but I also got so much attention from him - winks and airkisses, pointings and smiles...and each time we met with eyes my heart just skipped a beat for a while...
Also Rudy payed me much attention, bringing so much positive energy, he was a real energizer, as usually, and haha, for the first time he came and saw me I even saw he said "Russia!" - ha, that was really pleasant for me! Respect, dear Rudolf, you really made me happy!
And of course on Wind of Change he took my flag ( unfortunatelly this time I had no time to make a sign on it, so it was just a Russian flag), and he put it at 1st to the microphone, then on his shoulders, even when it dropped down, he picked it up carefully, again put o his shoulders and then put on the base of dumset. Gosh...with this he showed so much respect to me( and of course all the Russians who were there), and I was really toughed to the bottom of my heart and soul, and I wanted just to shout him HUGE thank you and huge respect back.. indeed, a unique man...
And when he dedicated Wel'l burn the Sky to us ( hehe I only guessed he did, coz he was speaking German and of course I didn't understand a word...) - my eyes filled with tears...it was really a moment in a million years...we stood together as one, and sang this masterpiece song...we raised the flags that Curry made for us ( thank you sis! respect!) - and it was simply fantastic...ppl from different countries, of different nationalities and religions were standing together in peace, just singing and spreading the love in the air..that moment really made me cry....
At the same time I was missing one very nice person and a FOS friend- Nada - so, she couldn't miss that moment also - so I made a call to her during We'll Burn the Sky, so that she could be with us at least in spirit - hope I managed to do it....( as then Curry called her during Send Me an Angel - great!!!!)
So, then Klaus dedicated Send Me an Angel [correction] to the victims of the tragedy, that happened in a school in Connecticut, USA. well...what can I say...as usually such a kind and sensitive person as Klaus couldn't pass by this sad event...no words..respect to Klaus and RIP to all the victims...let the Angles save them in Heaven now.....[end of correction]
Yeah I was also happy when we started to through the purple ballons and pink hearts on the stage - and I saw Klaus' and others faces - they were also happy and touched! And, one more touching moment - when the audience chanted "Scooooor-pions! Scoooor-pions" that was kinda WOW thing!!!!
YEAH SCORPIONS!!! THERE"S NO ONE LIKE YOU!!! YOU ALL ARE INCREDIBLE MEN!!!!
In the end of the show Klaus took many flags, including a Lebanese one ( that one, that Nada's friend gave to us)!!!! he even watched it more in details, coz yep it differed from other flags - so heeyy!! I was also happy for Lebanese fans, I was thinking that Nada indeed was with us in spirit, esp when Klaus look Curry's scarf, where all our names were written, including Nada's name - yeah mission " Lebanese fans in Munich" accomplished successfully wahooo!!!!!
So the show was just perfect!!!! All the guys were great! I got really much attention from all of them ( but you know, the Klaus' attention was the most important for me, no matter if he messed me up with somebody else or indeed recognized me as wll ( haha in the second case I'd be the happiest fan in the world)
So I got so many positive emotions, I really charged my batteries! I enjoyed each and every moment of the show! I tried to catch every single note they played!
I really got more than I expected, and I was extremely happy!!!
Unfortunately after the show we didn't manage to take a common picture on the arena, coz the staff hurried to finish all the work and go home ( of course, unlike us, it's just a trivial work for them)and just kicked us out of the arena, still we tool the picture in the hall ( see Emilie's avatar)
So then it was a time to say good-bye to some friends who went "home", but we didn't want to go, we wanted the party to be continued....
Part 5. Afterparty.
So we went to the hotel where the guys stayed, but for me it was more to have some party and conversation with my fos friends, and, if i'm lucky, to meet someone of the guys of course! Most of all I wanted to thank Klaus of course for such a great show, and for so many gestures towards me and other friends.
Well yeah, some of my friends were really luck to mmet and make photo with Rudy, Klaus and James, but not me this time - I missed them all
. Especially i was unlucky when I missed Klaus only for a second - when we were already leaving the hotel, my friend said : heeey, it seems there's Klaus over there! But I didn't take it seriously, a nd replied to her : okay it may seems anyone at half past 3 in the morning. But she was right and in a minute, while we were passing by the elevator, we saw Klaus and Gabi standing near it...ahhh gosh...my friend went towards them and wanted to call him, but something inside me told me it was wrong to call him, so I stopped her telling no! let them go! hey, it'a almost 4 inthe morning, and they all are tired, it's impolite at least to "pull them out" at this time! So we just stood and watched them go into the elevator, and I was wawing him and saying good-buy in my mind....But! I don't complain! How can I? - I got really much more than I expected - some things that happened during this magic trip I couldn't even dream of!
And, to be honest, I spent really great time with my friends at the hotel, we had so much ful - esp in one moment ( well.. who was there will understand me, can't tell it so far.. but a hint :...WTF??? - yeah I had a good laugh then

So, to resume, it was a really amazing adventure for me, I got so many positive emotions, so many good things happened!!!! It was a really one of the most markable events in my life, that I will never forget! I'm thankful to the God and to the Destiny for giving me such a chance to be there!!!! Yeah.. nothing happens accidentally, and ppl are never brought to each other accidentelly - I do believe in it!
And I'm blessed to have all of you, my dear fos firends, in my life! And I'm blessed and proud to be a part of this great and wonderful family - FAMILY OF SPIDERS!!!

Gianluca, Adry and other crazy Italian fans - oh, you're real crazy die-hard fans!!!!! it was a great pleasure to meet and communicate with you, you such cheerful and positive ppl!!!! Hope to meet you again and again on the road!!!

And, ha! reagrds to Nada's lebanese friendfrom Hannover - we also have a small conversation with him in the hotel - and yep, like any other foser, he's a very nice guy! ( but..to my shame I forget his name...) Still my pleasure to meet you, and, that Scorps' magazine you had really rocked!!!
Gosh..pls forgive those whom I didn't mentin - really, so many ppl, so many impressions...really I was pleased to meet and to talk with each of you!!!
