I am aware of the sunlight issue in the video..Couldnt be helped..I only had some much time for the interview.
I am also aware I will get positive and negative remarks..needless attacks are just ignorant, jealous and tasteless..please disregard those and take something positive with you...

This is how it all started...
I had been in collaborations with the Scorps Manager since a year ago..
Back then when I approached him with my pitch, he said get back to me closer to tour time.
SO I DID..
Exactly one month before the US tour started I got my final sting approval
for my interview with them for a publication i write for "IN THE SPOTLIGHT"

..I had initially submitted for press passes for the interview to take place in Mt.View CA..
Then the Promoter changed it to Reno..
THEN CHANGED IT BACK TO Mt.View!..only for it to not happen...

Well needless to say, we worked it out and I was to fly to New York..
Then I ran into a snag, my sponsor for the flight to make this all happen said they couldnt furnish the airfare..
UGH! my heart sank!
But good thing I serve an AWESOME GOD!

There The interview was to be done at JONES BEACH THEATRE ..beautiful venue..Over looks the water...
I arrive and get my credentials...my photo pass and a gracious Band members "Local Crew Pass" THANK YOU!
i see the buses arrive, and get excited...
Well Pete and i are ushered backstage...we sit and wait few minutes...
We get taken to Rudi's Dressing room.
There i start the interview....set up cameras ,gift bags,posters.
Pete Maglia is my photograper/camera man...Thank you Pete.
I couldnt ask Matthias,James or Pawel questions it was just Rudi & Klaus...
We had a blast!...

1). Rudi - Your Mark has clearly made an left an impact on the music industry,
do you or any Band members have any plans to do any (more)
book writing, screen, or Televison projects? Maybe some Shows?
THIS Q also pertained to :

I was just wondering if you knew when Rudy's book might be going on sale. .
Has it in the states yet
2). KLAUS: In the song SEND ME AN ANGEL, the lyrics "HERE I AM",
does this refer to yourself or The Creator? ( as in I AM that I AM )
3). ( RUDOLF) There are many TRIBUTE bands out there, such as HURRIKANE, LOVEDRIVE, In Trance, and Savage Amusement
what would you say to those guys? and KLAUS, what advice would you give as far as voice preservation?.
4). (KLAUS/RUDI) There was an article released in REAL ROCK NEWS, back on March 30th,
that stated a new UNPUBLISHED Cd is in the works & set to be released in Sept of 2012....any truth to that ?
( since September has already passed, that release date is T.B.D. ) -
I left this question in anyways cuz they go into more details.
5). Kristi Sadler..SJB CA... Rudi - What was a major turning point in your life or career?
6). Kristi Sadler , SJB, CA.- KLAUS - Did you ever just want to QUIT? What made you stay?
7). Dawn Goff I would like to ask the Scorps why there is no "Live" version of the song "Hold Me Tight" from the Animal magnestism album.
I LOVE this song and everyone says there is no live version. The collectors say that Matthias did not like this song and so they never played it.
It was written way ahead of it's time and could be a #1 smash hit today too!!
. Tonia From OHIO - I was curious as to what music they listen too?9). MOVIE QUESTIONS: Am I correct in you're doing BIG CITY NIGHT's 3D Movie ?...
Is It titled "BIG CITY NIGHTS"?
10). ( Rudy/Klaus ) Where do you see your FINAL FINAL STING concert to take place In 2012?

MY STORY with THE SCORPIONS -
The mood was cheerful, as it was my first National Interview.
I felt nervous, yet the guys had a way of keeping that smile on my face at all times..
My Camera man Peter Maglia was in awe the whole time.He was having a WAYNES WORLD MOMENT. He got stung.
The time flew, but it no matter how short it was it was an honor to be in the presence of two of Rock N Rolls Icons.
I couldnt have felt more at home..the time spent was far beyond anything I expected..
I am truly grateful for all I was given access to that night.
After the interview, Rudi came to me and said PAULA PLEASE GO SAY HI TO MR AMEND...So I did,...he was eating, so I waited.
Kind Kind man, his first question to me was, "did I take care of you?"
I said "Yes you did! Thank You."
He then gave us some Meal vouchers...I saved mine as a souvenier...SO KIND!..wow..My local crew pass made feel like Family!
The Meet and Greet was taking place while i was with Peter,
I didnt get to see James and Pawel, Matthias was busy talking with some folks...missed you guys!
I saw Ingo when I entered before the interview..we said HI...
Well I saw Matthias' Guitar tech Ingo again after talking to Peter...
I asked him if I can go get pics of the new FA2 Guitar..
I had finished my initial task..so
When I asked for permission to take pics of the Fireaxe2.
It was graciously granted by Matthias, and off I went..

I was on stage snappin pics...

Yes, its as sweet as it sounds....ahhhhhhh ( angels singing )
what an honor!
I smiled and smiled...I felt like a Queen and was treated as such.
Thnx for the handful of guitar picks, I gave a few away, I just felt I had to pay it FWD somehow. DANKE INGO!
(side note: one was to a father and son that were waiting by the gate to see who walked by...
when i left the interview, they asked me of i can get them to come over there...
I said no. but instead I gave the dad a Matthias guitar pick,an he instantly gave it to his son...
I felt so moved he did that, that I reached for the passes around my neck, pulled out an old 1990-1991 Scorps Backstage pass and handed it to the Dad..
He loved it!..it was a sounvenier, it was the least I can do.) back to the story..
Pete and I are in the backstage area and the meet and greet was taking place .
The M&G line was hanging out...if i dont get approaced by other FOS fans, I cant say hi, or Hand out the POSTER I had as a gift.
I managed to have an F.O.S poster made that was handed out at the shows I attended and Gathered with other FOS fans..
Artist MARK REISER
This man is amazing..I knew of Mark through Uli Jon Roth, I did merch sales for Uli back in Feb. and Got his info there.
He had made Uli's posters for his tour.
I contacted him and we worked out a poster ...It was great working with him..He was more then kind to donate this time and energy to such a project.
I was honored to show your work to The Scorpions ..The posters Mark made for each band member are AWESOME. They were in their gift bags.

Rudi and Klaus talked about my Call to the Ellen show back in 2007..Rudi pointed to me and said THAT WAS YOU?

The Scorpions have brought us such a power house of guitars, rockin drums, premium vocals and mass energy for many decades,
You feel the sting when you see them live, whether you've been a SCORPIONS fan of the early years,or the recent stuff,
you will be stung no matter what era you love them in.
Live,They sting you at every turn..getting pics of Rudolf was tough because he was soooo all all over the stage..His Rock Aura was off the radar!
That man knows how to ROCK HIS LIFE!
the venue is filled with Humid air and and the guys know how to command a stage.
The crowd is Rockin, and you can't help but dance dance dance.
The night was booked somewhat at Jones Beach, yet down the road was the Roger Waters show...made for a wierd attendance..
they moved a few fans lower..not many though.
I didnt mind,
( I saw Wolf after the show when i turned around to leave.,that was cool!, gave him a poster.. )
I was at the rail ready to snap away with my Photo Pass...I was able to snap all night long with my LOCAL CREW PASS, other wise
i would have only shot still pics for the first three songs,and no flash...Pete was on Matthias' end of the stage.
He was only able to take the three song still shots..he had to return to his seat.
I NEVER went back to my seat...sweeeet,perks!
I rocked out on Pawels side, Rudolf and Klaus came and gave me some real nice shots..Klaus handed me a drum stick, Rudy handed me a Guitar pick.
I DANCED, HEADBANGED, ROCKED OUT..wow! fun!
James is such a sweetheart, he came over and gave me a few killer poses, handed me his black drumstick,
the only one he handed out that night, he bit down on it before handing it to me.
Its all black in metallic red SCORPIONS lettering and his signature...
I love you buddy!..You just lit up on stage when you saw me at the rail...we had a blast! GRACIAS~!
Matthias' FIREAXE2 sounded amazing!..

They no doubt left me speechless, I can't say enough about how much they took care of me and my last show with them.
I was living a dream and never wanted to wake up.
Not only did they deliver an awesome show, they will no doubt finish thier final tour with a bang!
The Scorpions have been such a huge part of my life since the age of 15 when I first heard them with my one of my childhood best friends Suzy...
May she RIP. she passed last November, I honor her with this interview...
