Kazan 2011

OK, by the requests there's my review:
We arrived to Kazan at 6.20 am on 24th of may – the day of the show. We went to see sightseeing, had breakfast and at about 11am went to the hotel where the band should stay. We were only 4 and were sitting calm in peace at the reception. At about 1pm arrived other fans from Kazan to the hotel…and seems like we were too many and security wanted to kick us out. :? I only could see the Scorps tour manager who told me to come at 7pm! Damn! At 7pm the doors to the concert place should be opened and we would miss the best position in the fan-zone. Patience…we decided that to be able to say happy birthday to Klaus is more important than the first row in fan-zone. So, we went to the supermarket to buy some food and to register in our hostel. We had a room exactly for 4 persons with a balcony. There was a fridge available and we put our beers and food there. Not bad for 12 euro from a person. We drank a beer, relaxed and went by feet back to Scorps’ hotel. There was a group of fans right at the doors. But since the tour-manager said to come at 7pm we decided not to go closer and stayed a bit far down on the street. At about 6 pm James went out. We saw that he saluted those guys, signed smth and took a pic with them then sat in the car. In all spent with them maximum a minute. Then James saw us from the car on the street, I shook the hand and showed _\m/ and he did the same to us. Next one was Matthias who even didn’t salute the fans, sat in the car and drove away. Then we saw by the clock that it’s closer to 7pm and we also came up to the hotel doors. And then Rudy went out! Have to say that he asked securities to wait and signed all to everybody…but of coz we didn’t have time to take a photo with him and ask to sign the book “To Inna”. I even almost forgot about book! Saw it in my friend’s hands and then remembered about mine. Then Pawel went out and he came to us by himself, saluted in Russian and signed all to the fans. But now I see that I lost one of his autographs. Then I said to security that I have an appointment at 7pm but they didn’t wanna to let us in, I called by cell to one of organizers of the show to let us in but I even didn’t understand what she said and off cell. For the fortune the tour-manager went out and I reminded about myself. He asked how many ppl, I said that we are 4 and he let security to pass us. While we were waiting for Klaus inside the hotel we talked with one of the security who was very loyal and nice to us. When Klaus appeared first of I gave him my present and wished a happy birthday. :) Then I gave to sign the pic from 2005 also from Kazan where there were standing me with 2 my friends (and they were with me again), another one girl and Klaus holding the banner where’s written “Kazan2005”. So, I asked Klaus to repeat this photo 6 years later only instead of that girl there was my friend. and another one banner (now it was "scorpions for life" text). And after Klaus signed us other stuff, went out of hotel, signed to other fans their things and then sat in the car and disappeared on the road. We also went down, caught a taxi and in 20 minutes were at the concert place. There was a long queue there. It was like in the airport with metal-detectors and checking bags. With my backpack I had to pass it 3 times…but finally we got into fan-zone. And guards didn't notice 2 cams inside the backpack. :P We were in the 3d or 4th row but during Sabaton performance the crowed moved us closer and closer to the stage. By the 3d Scorps song I was already in the 1st row. Sabaton didn’t amaze me but for the opening band they r good. The most funny thing is that there were played songs about WWII and how Russia kicked the ass of Hitler. I mean not the meaning of the songs is funny, but the situation that those songs were played be4 the performance of german band.
About Scorps show. The setlist was standard like in the other cities with LFT :) but without WTSIGD. :( When I got in the first row Klaus noticed me and recognized, blinked eye  , showed a finger on me and smiled. :) Then I saw the same security with whom we talked in the hotel. U should see his eyes! Damn, he was so surprised to see us in the first row exactly coz only about an hour ago we were standing together at the hotel and now we are in the first row! After the CTC Klaus kissed his guitar pick and threw it right to me smiling. :) Matthias was playing on cam of my friend who was able to do pix while I was only enjoying the show 8) . During SMAA James was sitting on the chair and used it like drums playing by hands. I showed him _\m/ and he also noticed me. Smb gave to Klaus 3 bouquet of flowers…and seems like he didn’t know what to do with them. First laughing he offered em to Rudy, but he denied  , then offered to Matthias and he also denied  . Then Klaus put flowers on the top of tongue. Later Matthias moved them in the angle, then flowers were moved again and then finally Klaus brought them backstage.
Kottak attack was cool, especially the video behind James. And when James began to drink a glass of beer all the ppl began to scream “PEI PEI PEI PEI…” 8) what means “drink”.
Everything was good…the setlist could be more interesting but I was screaming again and the second day that I’m still without voice at all. We stayed one day more in Kazan and yesterday’s evening caught a train home. Back home a couple of hours ago tired like hell and happy like a pig in the ***

So wonderful review, Inna!!!!
I was also at a concert in Kazan!!!!
My adventures are not as exciting as yours, but I'm happy with my ride!!!!!! about the concert I can only say - I was overwhelmed with emotion!!!! It was delicious! Unique! I'll remember this concert forever!
Sabaton I was pleased. After his show, they signed autographs, they were very cute and communicative.

One outstanding review, Inna! :D
Oh yes, it was also bit strange to hear songs of Sabaton about our victory over the German army. :)

These rock musicians! They never know what to do with presents and flowers.

It's also very pleasant to hear that you've met a nice security guard. It's quite rare. Btw, I always wondered how can securities stay calm during such amazing concerts of worldwide-famous musicians...
Even crematoria need international affairs managers..

Means that if nobody would comment I would upset to write such a long review for nobody and that nobody cares about it.
