In my opinion more important than specifically East Coast dates is a change in set-list. More recent songs that pack the trademark sting are woefully missing. I am not sure if the world has had enough of "world wide live," but in my humble opinion the law of diminishing returns is setting in. There is a new generation of younger fans who want to hear the new material live and did sit there during the shows this summer wishing to hear a song they know! The best way to bridge the gap between 40-50 year olds and our kids (band's future revenue stream is now) is play more than just a few songs from the past two albums. But we are fans and they are the artists, so I'll respect the choices in the end. Just wish killer songs like Turn you On, Game of Life, Good Die Young, Cold would get a chance to be heard, especially for the younger ones. Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

I had asked Matthias about more US dates a couple of months ago, and he replied that the only thing he knew about more US dates was that due to public demand, the promoters would like to do more shows with the Scorpions in 2011, and then he said "Let's hope so".

Instead it was a year old recording!!! Lots of fans are pissed!! Damn I am getting so disappointed!!! Sounds like diva *** to me.
victory*rawks wrote:Well Scott, we all on FB were banking on what we read on Blabbermouth. I didn't see the info on Rockline. If I had, I would have warned everybody!! As it was, I created an EVENT and so many now are pissed.
I really don't think they will give us much more on their final tour. They gave us all they wanted to this year, just enuf to keep us humored and happy. We haven't mattered for quite some time and I just don't get it. After all, WE put them on the rock world map!! I am so freakin disappointed in them right now.
