So, I order 2 tickets on moskass.ru, but I'm not sure that it work because I'm not sure that they send the tickets outside of Moscow, so in France ...

But I find strange that they ask nothing for the payment .... wait and see !

Amm... concerning this advise.....I'm not sure that they will hold the reservation for so long (for ex kassir.ru holds the booking only for 2 days... So you need to check this info..

UPD :just visited the link... unfortunately haven't found any info about how long they hold the booking.. sorry
I suppose this info appears after you confirm the reservation and register...
Maybe someone else knows..
Anyway - In Olympiisly there's a least fan zone, and in Spb's Ice Palace there's only a dance floor without any division (why haven't they isolated the fan zone ) and this makes me sad

just have been called to ticket agency. They said you can`t book a ticket and buy it before the concert. The one possibility is to ask somebody make it for you.

Not yet because my pass is at an other ambassy for a professional trip early March. But end of March I will managed the voucher and then the visa. I did it 2 years ago for St Petersburg, so I know how it's working .... and I'm motivated

That sucks, because I was already starting my invitation/visa application process
And traveling about 600Km more just to see Scorpions is not really an option. Instead I might go to HellFest in France
