What type of camera to bring to the concert??

Unread postby WilhelmSc » April 3rd, 2010, 1:47 pm

Hi.

Im asking myself already 3 months the same question and that is: what kind of camera can I bring with me to the concert? I have a regular one, but I also have a professional Canon 500D. I know that the regular ones are allowed but what about the professional cameras?

Pleasse I need a good advice!!!!

I also have a big camera (Nikon D50) and I brought it to some Scorpions shows. Everything was ok. But once I had a problem at show in St. Pete last summer. Security could take my camera if I was trying to make photos. So I couldn't do it.

Thanks for asking this. I also have a Nikon D40 and I was wondering if I could bring it or not...

Las time they took mine... I was so furious
The problem is that I've only a big one. But for next time I'll take the one of my sister, that is small :)

In 07 for the Humanity tour in Calif, there was no problems with cameras of any sort, but I think from venue to venue is the determination of this,it varies!!

You should just call ahead of time. Some venues allow it and others don't
