Scorpions in Africa????

Unread postby Tygo » August 25th, 2004, 11:10 pm

I saw in the tourdates that Scorpions play in the city of Sinai in Africa...
The problem is that Sinai is a region not a city and it's in Asia not Africa!
By the way, is it in Sharm El Sheik?

Well, if someone doesn't have a map, for now see this:...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinai
The Sinai Peninsula is a triangle-shaped peninsula lying between the Mediterranean Sea (to the north) and Red Sea (to the south). Its land borders are the Suez Canal to the west and the Israel–Egypt border to the north-east. It is now part of Egypt. The Sinai Peninsula is in Southwest Asia while the rest of Egypt is in North Africa.

Well, I'll answer to myself since the webmaster is always busy to reply to me.
If someone asks you what part of Africa Scorpions are going to play, you say (and I have a lot of experience defending them):
-The Asian part.
No, really just say Egypt and then start to talk about pyramids and camels.

I was thinking to go there, but right now I don't where is "there" so maybe next time.

P.S.
Please correct that country, Brasilia to Brazil, in tourhistory. Please.
Somedays I'm really annoying :))))

The Sinai Peninsula show is a major break through and will break down barriers of future shows in Asian and middle Eastern countries.
It's a great thing and cheers to the Scorpions for being first.
