A techincal question (to webmaster )...

Unread postby Darth Vercundus » July 26th, 2004, 12:38 pm

I am using Mozilla Firefox 0.8 and when I make 2 posts in a short time flood control prevents me to make a second one. And when I click "Go back to correct the problem" the previous page reloads but everything I was writting is gone. Can ayone help me?

P.S. Please reduce the flood control!

Don't click on there, just click on your browser the "back" button, and what you wrote is still there

That only works in Internet Explorer.
In Netscape and Opera, no matter what you press after it tells you about flood control, everything you wrote is wiped out except the original quote that you were referring to. Sometimes I will be writing and suddenly that ridiculous start up page featuring the New CD will come up
and then the opening announcer startsLadies and Gentleman, will you please welcome the Scorpions". That is really annoying.

oh, I didn't know it! yeah, it must be annoying. May be you can copy your text before you submit, so, it the problem arises, you just paste it, and you won't lose the text you just wrote
