SCORPIONS SCORPIONS SCORPIONS SCORPIONS

yeah Kristof was with us in the front with his son....We were family of spiders ;-))

like youtube and all pics it was a great opener
http://www.derwesten.de/nachrichten/sta ... etail.html

It was also the best concert to be in front so respecfull and no push... the crew were so hard bussy preparing everything ,even Ingo was checking hard working last minutes before concerts. We tried getting Kristof son on the first raw on stage (security said no, scorpscrew said OK....so yes)
come on come on come on........minutes....seconds and of we go....WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Perfekt deal for me the setlist ...and i was glad again to hear 'robot man' we'll burn the sky, ....
Uli did his entrance like we know him, to the point and longing for every note. Matthias was maybe not so explosive but he controled his fans Delphine ;-) Rudolf came more then once on the side of Matthias and even Pawel came shaking with us. He trew his plectrum to me and thumb up when i got it....Matthias did the same..so rock on the rocktemple exploded several times and fire was everywhere. It was very hot when the flames came out it was just like you could drie your hair ;-) The setlist was just like always so fast gone ;-)
every song we rocked like youngsters but come on, come on, come on....Klaus had his work with his sticks and about James? During the concert we had several eye contact and crossing our arms ,playing with his drumsticks...he interact and did a great job even he was sick on kottak attack. I saw 2 weeks ago Michael Schenker and it was nice to see it now with Scorpions

sorry for the several replies but my post is hard to get in one.
Michael did a great coast to coast.... Klaus was running in the Matthias box with Ingo and i did the thumbs up to him and what he just gave a nice warm sign respectful .
on the setlist is posted : no one like you and again it was noy played.... I would be so goooddd but next time it will .It was a good show and we met Jurgen after the show Scorah and Martin our dj.... So yeahh everyfan was amused..Outdoors surprises welll Pawel was in the car and some fan said he is waiting on James. I just screamed to him that it was a great show with a simalar Pawel look ;-)) He went out the car, came to me and said... i saw you, it was good ?? i said of course, what about the album is it ok ,hard enough us? it goes fine and works out good/, any place for a good base solo?, well it can but you will surprised. We took some photo's because i wanted Elton certainly on that pic.James arrived and like James says: what the hell is going on ;-) he took many pics but he was tired. They went home said the driver but we NOT

At least on my USB there is no new song, on the stick you got all the songs from the concert untill Doctor Doctor. The rest of the songs could be downloaded yesterday.
Some feedback about the problems I had earlier with the stick (maybe interesting for people with similar problems). On my laptop with Vista I could only see the files on the stick but not play or copy anything. It's like the connection speed between the stick and the laptop was too slow and the computer just "said no" after trying for some time... I tried on an older PC with XP and there I could play the songs and copy the contents of the stick. Although also on this PC it was very slow to read the data from the stick but I managed to do so. Downloading the rest of the songs from the site was no problem.

Thanks again to all the FOS who were there and who helped to make it such a wonderfull show. If they are playing in the neigbourhood (north of France or north of Germany) again in the future, I will try to go again.
I cannot really add anything relevant to the reviews already made here, I thought everything was perfect. The Scorpions have so many great songs that it will always be possible to find songs that "should have been" on a setlist. I personally might have liked to hear some more songs from my favourite album "Blackout" but with Michael appearing as a guest I guess it is normal to have a bit more material from "Lovedrive". And we got "Doctor Doctor", that's not bad either. Absolute highlight of the complete show for me was "We'll Burn The Sky".

The only thing that surprised me is that this concert did not seem to be sold out? Or do they let less people inside for security or something?

I was standing (together with my sister, who also came with me, I infected her with Scorpions influenza when we were teenagers) at the RHS of the PA. There was a man standing in the same area, wearing a flag of Switzerland, with "Scorpions" written on the horizontal part of the cross. I wonder, is that also someone from this forum?

Well you be surprised ( seems the had a briefing ;-)) but i tried to ask him again, tease me please me songs : no no he said not so cheesy but it will be hard with good guitarwork.... i said hope it is no cheeseburger he just laughed .... He said the band was tired of making tv,orchestra, rock in 3days it's hard to handle this but we amused us like the fans isn't it... So mr Klaus came later on to say hello very polite and nice to everyone and had time for questions and pics...some recordings... he was surprised so many countries he was glad we enjoyed this special evening and making this trip. Rudolf came to us and was as usual so hard to get but now he was not stressed. I said well i am very glad to hear 'robot man' so great... 3 times he said : this man knows,... We enjoyed Uli ,Michael it was great fun but the day before we had orchestra with special songs..... We're back,it was really a night to remember, not only the concert ,but also before and after the show,i guess staying at the same hotel with The Scorpions is really something special!Pity enough didn(t seem them anymore the day after,...we left around 10 am the hotel and verybody still was sleeping!I stayed dowstairs until 3am in the morning, hoping to talk to Uli ,but until then he didn't come,he was to busy talking to Klaus at the privat part of their party,...but i meet the whole band 2 times that day!
More to follow,...thanks everybody,Friends,Fos like Ron ,BFan,Elton,Jurgen and so many more i didn't know they are them ,but especially wants to thank TheScorpions and sure not forgetting Alex for letting my son Joshua sitting frontstage,he was getting the time of his live,Matthias was looking regullary to him,...
Klaus words:"Dream we´re going out on stage, it feels like
Coming home again"

It was one of my best SCORPIONS gigs and I have seen several ..........
the band has never dissapointed me LIVE
so i was pretty sure about the show, what I really enjoyed for the most this time was the meeting with all FOS members.
