Scorpions in Brazil again?

I know.. me too, actually. In the first my post, had said that the person that coordinates a fan Brazilian club of Scorpions had ordered me an e-mail saying that there were noises that they could go to Brazil, and that also the person that organized the shows in Brazil had spoken something of the gender, that there were possibilities, they were combining or something like that. But anything confirmed... therefore I posted here, for us to discuss the possibilities of that to happen. And/or at least to twist so that it is true and they will come.
It is clear... to twist so that they make a world tour, including all of the possible countries, because all want to have the chance of going in the show of our dear Scorpions.

I received an e-mail of a fan Brazilian club that said that Scorpions was confirmed to come again to visit us, Brazilian, this year still!
Will it be? With the new album? I hope so... I will await anxious for more information, and I won't lose for anything!
Us Brazilian we are being flattered by receiving Scorpions almost all of the years, always with a lot of love and fidelity. I hope it continues like this for many and many years. '-'

Oh sure, we can always hope and cheer for them to come back again!!
I just though there was something confirmed and we must be careful when we announce these things... I just don´t like these kind of rumors cause then I get all disappointed when we find out it´s not truth you know?!

YOUR 5-7 dates are so far from OUR 5-7 dates it's not even worth going any further, cuz it's laughable! With that said, I can't possibly look at the bright side. Sorry babe!

Last year we had 10 tourdates in 9 cities. It was the biggest Scorpions tour we ever had. 3 tourdates was the biggest tour before that and, sorry Cristy, but not even this is "laughable", USA can be bigger than Brazil, but Brazil is not so smaller for only 3 tourdates being enough, since we are one of the biggest countries in the world. And even this way, a Scorpions tour would be far from being "laughable", even when they came here just for ONE tourdate.
So, if you get 5-7 tourdates, you'll get a normal tour they use to do in big countries, if you get 10 tourdates, you'll get a great tour. If you get "90" tourdates, well, it's abnorminal, they woudn't do it for ever as they did in the past.

I agree Ro. Brazil is a huge country and more dates would sure makes thing easier, but that´s not how it goes. Plus, like i´ve said many time before, it´s not so hard to save some money and go where the boys are playing. We do it here all the time, specially because many band who come to Brazil play in Sao Paulo and maybe one or two other cities, including Rio.
In 2007 I had plans to see the Scorpions in São Paulo, unfortunatly it didn´t work out and I was very sad of course. In 2008, I traveled to Curitiba and then to Ponta Grossa to see them..had some hard times but was worth it. Roberta for example, she practically flew across the whole country to see the boys in Manaus. You think it´s not far enough?!
I don´t really expect them to come back to porto Alegre so soon, like this year, So I already make plans to go to another city... it´s how it goes... not always everything is delivered to our front door you know? That doesn´t mean you can´t go out and get it!!

We have gone thru this before (last year) and it was already proven that the overall geographical size comparisons between USA and Brazil proves that your 5 dates are very different than ours because of the size of our countries. Anyway, Ro you misunderstood my comment cuz of the slang I guess. What I meant is that you cannot compare the tourdates with other countries due to geographical curcumferance.
But I don't want to get into it with you guys, ur my girls. Suffice it to say, that we know here that we are not the guys fave place to play anymore!!!

I'm not saying that Brazil is the same size of USA, but it's huge enough to need more than 3 tourdates. Do you have a idea about what is to go from São Paulo to Manaus?? It's more than across europe! hehe
But in 2007 USA got 10 tourdates and still Americans wanted more. Ok, thats ok! It's normal to want more, I also wanted more than 3 tourdates in 2007, but that's all, I know it doesn't depends only on them.
So... let's hope they will do their best to go all over the world
