Damn someone's always gotta mention that a$$hole
Surely I wouldn´t listen to a band whose sound I dislike just because of the message of their lyrics but I stronly disagree in saying bands should keep their opinions to themselves.
One of the advantages of beign famous is that you can share your views on something and make sure people will listen. I love Paul Mc Cartney´s work for Peta for instance.
I understand it as part of the purpose of our lives.

It´s not only soy what gives you proteins , you can change the cultives, but i wouldn´t know how to support the fact that vegetables might be more rentable than breeding animals. I should look after info and then might discuss it.

I´m not judging anyone , I just say I would love things to change and evolve into a more compassionate way of living. At least in Argentina there is enough land to cultivate , you would do that or use it to feed animals. No deforestation is needed.
