Interesting info from Eddie Trunk

Most of you that know me know that while at times I feel EddieTrunk has sold out and kisses ass to bands like Guns and Poses, (really Axle solo), Aerosmith, Kiss, so on, the guy does get sources on inside info. I saw a clip I had not seen before where he talked about the Francis situation. He said he spoke to Rudy and Klaus and they said that when the manager was fired back in 91/92? because of mishandling of money affairs, that Francis followed the manager , which led them to believe that Francis was in cohoots with the manager. He also said that there has been an ongoing court battle going on 20 years now. That would explain why Francis has been absent from any of the family reunions.

Wish they would hurry this up. 20 years and still ongoing? Common belief is that Francis did not steal money, but was friends with this manager, so guilty by association, but because of the lawsuit he can't associate with the band.

It looks like Herman has moved on since he is playing with Francis in the new MSG live CD/DVD and playing more dates in 2013 with Francis and Michael...Herman and Francis sound amazing on the new LIVE CD so they have not lost a step from their Scorps days

would be nice to see the classic lineup do one last tour before it gets to late..

I'm sure their court case is being heard in GERMANY and their legal system is different than in the USA.

And for all you "the Scorpions need to get the old lineup back" peeps, Francis CHOSE to follow the manager instead of staying with his bandmates so he made his bed, like it or not. So stop judging the remaining band members for it....
