Got a tiny taste of introductions of many peeps, we saw Gabi and Delphine, Dasha baby, I think I saw Sarah, there was Markus, Curry, Enya....oh man I just had brain fade!! So many Joanne was talking to!!! And even tho we only got a small taste, it's all good cuz we almost didn't get that. I just thank Joanne for trying and giving many of us a look-see into their party so far away!! sigh....I am smiling. J and all of you that had part in this, YOU FREAKIN RAWWWK!!
Now get some sleep and we will hear about the party at MJ Guitars and then Munich. It's almost over everybody!! Yes they will hit a few places next year, but for all that's been said, their TOURING is officially over after tomorrow nite. Wow!! That's hard to say!! My heart aches like crazy. BUT, I have to say this. If I hadn't wondered about them in December of 2006 and a friend (a guitar player and a Scorps fan himself) helped me look them up since I didn't have a computer at the time, and we both saw where they were not only still around, they were still a working and viable band, I never would have gotten on that rock and roll train and taken the ride of a lifetime!! Then in January of 2007, I joined this forum and it's been both a good and bad ride for me. BUT I can never ever deny what this band has done for me. They really cared about me, I feel it with all my heart and soul. I will never forget them, they will rawk in my heart forever. I will remember the crazy times with Matthias and yes, the crazy times with James and the sweetness of Klaus and Pawel and the funny antics of Rudolf.
They made me come alive again. I never thot I would sing again and I am, I never thot I would go to another rock concert, i did; several! I never thot I would feel human again much less like a woman again!! All of this and so much more that I can't even express....all due to the most iconic and legendary band in the world!!! SCORPIONS!! Thank you and please someday forgive me for my transgressions. I will always love you. Your voice, Klaus, will forever play in my head and Matthias, your guitar will forever play in my heart. My humblest thanks and gratitude and don't ever die; just fade a little bit away. But not completely!! My memories will live til I die. Whatever happens, there will be such a overwhelming love for these boys.

I am still in trance, and not have the suitable words to express my feelings about these wonderful days.

I am writing a detailed review on the tour-section, but the meeting was absolutely amazing, the organizing was total professional.
I am so happy for some dreams coming true, I mean,I met so-so-so wonderful Fosers.

Curry, my sweet, very good friend, finally we could hug each other in person, too.
I have loved you till this time also, my adoration is just stronger now.
You have a lovely, sweet personality, full of warmth, and caring.

Christy dear, your special gifts were delivered to me, and I absolutely love them, thank you for them.
Forgive me that any photo wasn't taken about me, whearing them, but believe me, they were around my neck at the show.

All in all, the Fos-meeting was as so hilarious, as I had expected.

What a wonderful post thanking everybody Gabi. It was cool seeing you in the short Livestream that Joanne did. I mean she is disappointed that it couldn't be longer but we were happy just meeting some of you. And you are so more than welcome for your gits. It was my pure pleasure doing them for you!!!

No hun, BEN mentioned there might be a surprise at the fan meeting, but I guess it didn't happen. Obviously or else you would have told us. Soooo, I guess the fan meeting wasn't important to the boys maybe. I wonder why? It would have been such an honor to their fans.

Welcome home.
Just have a huge rest my friend, you really need it, and deserve it.
You continously were working for us, caring everything, you are a bloody profy.

As for my surprise, I bet, it won't be either that you would expect Christy, but I came home with a huge happyness, and satisfaction in my heart, eccept maybe that I couldn't meet our Klaus, and Rudolf now, but I so love them, but okay, next time.

Thus about the surprise:

1. I was the guest of the band for the show, didn't have to buy a ticket.

2. I might have gone to the Greet, and meet.
Sorry Scorps, I didn't, because we decided with my hungarian friend rather to keep our positions in the first row like to spend just a few secs at the Gm with many other peep.

3. Ben had a personal gift for me:
He made a music-collection on a pendrive to me, full of great rockmusic from his collection.
Hey Fosers, not to worry, I didn't get any Scorpsstuff, they are other bands, and singers.

Thank you very much for your generous gift Ben, I am absolutely glad for the collection.

Ok I'm glad Joanne and Cristy got the reference to me misunderstanding about a gift vs. a surprise straightened out. I was like hmmm?? I guess "Ben" and "Beth" are easily confused when one is travel weary.

The internet communication was difficult while we were there, so I am just catching up on some things here and on FB. I heard from a fellow traveler on the way home that an international phone with sim card is sometimes easier for communication. Still recovering from a 6 hour jet lag twice within 6 days, as I'm sure Joanne and Susan must be also.

Gabi I love your post about meeting everyone I agree completely on your impressions of all those you mentioned!! I want to say what an elegant and eloquent lady you are, and so beautiful especially in your raspberry colored cloche hat! I admire all of you for your proficiency in English. I'm glad Joanne and Delphine were there to help with French speaking, and somehow we all communicated with all the different languages!!

Cristy, good work with the LOGO, I feel your frustration about not being able to attend, I hope you can get a sense of what it was like from our posts.

There were a few people there on their own, and it was nice to see them feel more at home when they found people from their own country and felt more at ease. One from Russia I can think of, and one from Germany.

In general, at some points when communicating, I could only gesture, but somehow people understood what was going on with the check-in, picture taking and seating! At the end people who normally converse in German were joking about slipping in to English after getting in to the habit. I noticed myself saying guten tag and danke when I arrived back in the U.S.

Nadia!! thank you so much with help in finishing the elf hats with the bells needing to be added on, I am very grateful!! what is an elf hat without bells??

Curry I loved the scarf, very good work, and you are so sweet passionate and beautiful

Ashlie, Phil, Maureen, Caterina, Haleyna, Delphine, Emile, Diego, Ludwig, Beatte, California Scorps, Floriana, Johan, so many wonderful people very sweet and kind. I will be able to remember more names when Susan's check in list and pictures of fans attending is complete, it was very busy at the convention.

Anyway, I love you fellow Scorps fans, we made it real, AND there is no on like you.

Big Kudos to Joanne for sure, and I wanted to mention that she had so many ways of us identifying each other in the crowd, her idea about the elf hats was so cool it was easy to spot the Fans in the Concert Crowd after the red and green hats were there on their heads or in their hands..

and the other really cool thing was the purple ballons and pink and red paper hearts that were passed out among the whole Munich Concert crowd, so they felt connected with us and the band could see all these purple balloons with Scorpions Munich 2012 written on them..and Klause always pats his heart and blows kisses so when he was handed a paper heart he put it on his chest and Rudy put his in his guitar strings!!

Very proud of all your ideas and hard work Joanne, I'm sure I will think of more as things sink in )
