I was just thinking about Joanne, what an amazing Journey she made this year. I'm in awe..Go Joanne!! I'm just curious to know others' journeys.

1) Total-3, 2010 2) Most in One Year-2010-2 (Miami, Tampa) 3) Countries-1-USA, Jones Beach-NY, 1,123 miles.

I don`t want to ruin statistics but for me it`s just one in my own country on 2010.

Oh Thank you Adriana my friend! I Topic searched first before the Film Topic, forgot to do that with this one, still getting my bearings here.

That Topic is interesting, lists every one attended, sort of nice to see the list! And it makes sense that someone was wondering in 2010, people probably thought was last Tour Year..I know Joanne has at least Munich to go if not more

I started to add "What year did you first become interested in Scorpions and what were the Circumstance?".

For me it was 2007, when I met Drew, and my point being that I thought I would never get to see them Live, so when it was announced they were coming to Florida, I felt so fortunate, I saw two shows back to back!

Haha well thank you for mentioning me! But I'm pretty sure there are others out there that have done more mileage and have seen more shows this year than me. Of course - it's much easier in Europe with the concerts so close together - I've got this silly ocean in my way!

2012 will definitely be the most concerts for me, besides the US/Canada dates, there was Russia too. But since the year is not over yet - I don't want to jinx things. I need a winning lottery ticket!

I love to travel and I love the Scorpions, so what a perfect combination. I also love seeing how different concerts are by the region/location. The experiences I've had and have shared with folks has been amazing, the new friends I've made are so very precious and well it goes without saying but thank you to the Scorpions for bringing us all together. Through music, through similar tastes and through friendship.

Toshiko and her husband, Mad Dog, used to go all over the world practically. They were such great friends of the band and they were so awesome to the fans too. They were able to go to Europe and America and they were the FANtastic duo when it came to traveling to the shows. I met them a couple times and they were such a great couple, and every now and then we meet up on FB, and I miss them. I wonder what ever happened to their traveling and why they aren't on here anymore.

Adrian is another one who travels a lot, but not as much as Toshiko and Mad Dog did. I think they hold the record.

Thanks for the responses so far!!..It's interesting topic to me, and Adriana was kind enough to point out there was a similar topic in 2010... somehow it gives overview of where they've played, summarizes others experiences and I like to imagine what others have experienced.

Gabi, you met them at your first concert! what an impression that made! Seeing them is great enough, but meeting them definitely changed things for me, you get a better feel for their personalities and feel a more personal connection to the music.

One of the things about seeing all the countries, and I know they are international but it brings home the unity they bring to the world, and with they're having been the first rock band outside of Russia to play there, and the association I have with Winds of Change and the end of the Berlin wall..it brings another aspect of appreciation..This may come as a surprise to younger fans, but there was a time when we thought the Berlin Wall would never come down, or visiting Russia or China was very rare.

And not that it's a contest, altho it is a little interesting to compare numbers..but having only seen them 3 times, and there were so many differences in how they responded to the crowd in just those three, I wonder what seeing them so many times in so many countries enriches the experience. and the changes you guys may have seen over the years.

Drew, wow, love seeing all those concerts on your list! Just thinking, even tho 1984 was your top year with 5 concerts, you have 4 other years with 3 concerts: 1988, 1991, 1993, 1996. Your Concert going years span 1976-2012 36 years, so incredible..

Joanne, yes the Ocean! and I get the Historic motivation too. Like I said before interesting thinking about the places in Europe, Russia ScorpfanUkraine, and Franck has Thailand there.

You know - I did actually think about writing up my memories and include photos. It would be hard to keep it short though and I think people would be crazy to read it!

When I mean crazy - I mean umm "Why the heck would you read this?" type of crazy.

also a reminder after the March 2003 Wilkes Barre show the Scorpions did not come within 6 hours of Washington DC until the June 2010 M3 festival. So that is why i have a 7 year gap between shows. They only played 3 shows(all in 2007- NYC,Boston and Conn) on the East coast from March 2003 until June 2010
