You can put the camera in auto mode, I'll so it lol But I'm saying that you can do somethings to make a better photo, for example sometimes you needs flash even under the sun, and the auto mode will turn the flash off, in case of to thae shadows off the face, you just need turn the flash on, it's not hard

Or, If the sun is behinf the person you're photographing, you also need turn the flash on, or the person will be dark

the magic moment is the more important thing of course, my work in the university talk about it, photography and memories, and the moments that goes and photography don't catch it, but I still nedd to try to catch the moment with the camera

why use flash when you have sunshine? it's easier to turn your back to the sun and save battery life be careful to keep your shadow out of the picture though

Sometimes the situation don't let you scape from the shadow, sometimes you want to get a photo with the paisage behind you but there is the sun! What can you do? Turn on the flash

Or sometimes the shadow could come from a cap, a hat, a tree...
let me explain situation when you must use flash with the sunshine with a visual example:

In this photo, If the photographer turned the flash on, we could see the faces of Julia and Klaus lol Because the flash in this case is called "full flash", it take the shadows off

I'll try explain better...
people are not statues... they can move... if your subject is with his back to the sun you can ask him to turn around to face the sun. this way his face is not in shadow, hence no need to use flash.

Hey calm down! I was just saying that I know the people can move, but some times the situation don't let you do it, sometimes turn on the flash is easier than move everybody to antother place, the flash in this case is just a resource. And sometimes we don't wanna move! We want ot take a photo with that mountain, of thar river behind us, we will not to do it jus becase que can move to the other side to take the photo? lol I prefer turn the flash on and take the photo with the background I want! Or the sun could be just above us, and a cap can make shadow, you don't need take the cap of, just turn on the flash lol

Hey Ro, for someone who had never had english lessons, you're doing very well. You'll improve your english with time...
Thanks a lot for your tips about how to take good pictures, mainly because I hope to take the best pictures of you and Klaus and all band members, lol.
Sometimes the momensts are apropriate to take excelente pictures, but sometimes they're not and if we are calm people, it's not that difficult in my opinion to take pictures with good quality. As I said before , it all depends on the moment. But, it' sobvious that if we had some knowledge it helps a lot.

When I met them in S£o Paulo in 2005 I had a problem...I got a photo with Klaus and then the camera stoped working...I was there, only I from the forum, from the FOS, I was the unique and then, the camera stops working...I got panic...Then I get a man that I met there to take pictures for me...With his help I got photos with each Scorpion...

haha thanks god huh my friend? Cause this I'll lead 2 cameras with me, a analogical reflex and a compact digital

besides that my friend will lead cameras too
