Hey Scorpions how about an update on the new CD. Do you have any new song titles maybe a new Album title in the works. How about the Touring plans for 2006??? Rudy said before the Unbreakable album that the Scorpions were going to do a Tour like the ones back in the 80's. Well that didn't happen!!!! Since the Scorpions missed half of America, all of Australia and alot of other European country's. Just wondering if that will change in 2006 with the new CD. The Scorpions need to come up with a new plan to promote the new CD in 2006. Here are a few suggestions
1)Do some videos from the new CD and give them to VH1 Classic. They will play it during their classic/current segment. Priest did that for their new CD AOR and it went top 15 in America.
2) Also start the tour when you release the new album..not a couple months after it's released.
3) I would also start the tour in America and do a full tour of the States and not just the midwest and west coast.
4) If you are successful in the States that will create a buzz all around the world.
5)Also do some radio promotion all around the world a month before the new CD. James can do the American promotion while the other guys can do the rest of the world. Rob Halford(Judas Priest) was calling into all US radio stations talking about the new CD and the tour with Queensryche and it created a buzz throughout America. So record sales went up and the Summer Tour was successful. So they have announced a second leg of the tour this upcoming fall.

I'm not bashing on the Scorpions..I just think they need to change things up on the New CD and the 2006 tour especially on the promotion side of things. To me UNBREAKABLE was the Scorpions best CD since Love At First Sting... and the press and all the fans loved that CD..So keep releasing good Hard Rock CD's in the Vein of Blackout and LAFS..

You have a good point there! They should really give a louder sound of themselves.. Sometimes here in Finland when I talk about Scorps.. someone says: Scorpions who's that??

I would have loved to seen some videos from the Unbreakable album! What about the rest of the US? The Scorpions have not been to the Southeast since 2002!

so when do the scorpions plan to come out with this cd? the beginning of the year. and i aggree, they need to promote it better. scorpions are pretty big in the us. they could be like motley crue or judas priest ths summer, but because of promotion they arent.

unbreakable was a kick ass cd. i hope the new one is as good.

Yes Scorpions should make bigger noise about them so the world would know it better and record sales could be even bigger!

I am optimist as on the beggining of everi year.
I am sure that we will have brandnew news about the Scorpions when the new album is released and thei will have new tourdates.
