12:00 i started with my friends the way to karaiskaki stadium… until almost 7:00 when the gate opened we had a bad time coz the organizations did a bad job, anyway…

We were in the stadium, in the first row, on the left, between Rudy and Klaus… we were waiting for a couple of hours. It was very hot there but i was thinking that the next 3 hours will be the best in my whole life, and i forgot anything.

The crowds were shouting ‘’scorpions-scorpions’’ and the atmosphere was getting more and more electric…

Finally the lights went off and all the eyes in the stadium were pointing on the stage. Shouts and screams from all the people there… the intro of ‘’New Generation’’ was on, and then THEY came on stage… WOW!!!! The feeling is indescribable…

i was remembering the last year’s concert were i was crying all the time from the very first second to the end. I was telling me that this time i will not cry, and enjoy the show.

At the ‘’New Generation’’ i took 18 pics! But my cam might be a bit broken… i wish the pics were taken though…

Then came Love em or Leave em, Bad boys running wild and The zoo. I was so happy… it was like a dream came true for a second time…!

Then the first surprise came along… ‘’Make It Real’’!!!!! YYEEAAHH!!!! The crowd went wild…! It was such an amazing feeling hearing that song live…

The next song came to get me start crying again…! WE’LL BURN THE SKY! I was feeling so lucky!! I really can’t find words to say! I was standing there with my friend i was crying and my friend looking at me and said, you are the man!!

Then another new song, ‘’Deep and Dark’’ great performance!! The band was in great shape. Much more greater than last year’s show.

When they were playing In trance, No one like you, Loving you Sunday morning, Coming home and Holiday I couldn’t stop crying! I was crying and laughing together!

About the band now.

Rudy was a total killing machine. He was playing the guitar perfectly and his moves were amazing! In great shape, no signs of getting tired anf full of energy. He was always thanking the crowd!

What words to say about that great singer and great man. Klaus is getting an A for his performance. He seems like he is getting younger!! Non stopping, perfect, full of passion on stage, and so energetic are some words you can tell about him…

Matthias was the surprise of the show, if you think of the last year’s concert where he was not so good as we expected… he was acting like he wanted to say sorry for that performance and wanted to rock us with his perfect style and those great solos! It was like old good Matthias. I remember great moment where Matthias was getting bothered with some lights because they were pointing right ion his face, and then matty kicked them so hard that they moved away!!! Matthias you rocked us. And your solo was more than breath-taking!

There was a crazy person on stage, a man called James Kottak! His solo was so ****ing great! He broke a beer in his head again! He was perfect too! he also said ‘’GREECE, YOU KICK ASS’’ with a brutal voice! Thank you James!!

And the new member of the scorpions, Powel, whel, I wonder why he wasn’t in the band years before. He gives so much energy to the crowd, he is very very talented and his playing style rocks! Pawel, you are great, dude! Continue like this!

Oh. I forgot to tell you… me and my friend have taken a sheet and have wrote on it:

SCORPIONS
33 YEARS ON THE ROAD
YOU LET IT ROCK
WE LET IT ROLL
And in the outline we have written all the albums of them. When the concert was going to it’s end Klaus asked for that sheet and we gave it to him and the put it on James drums!
I gave rudy a Greek flag and he put it on his microphone! It was great

It was by far the best scorpions concert in Greece and one of the best concert in Greece in general.


A thing that I understood in that concert, it is this. When i start crying I realized that there is no chance not to cry, even if I see scorpions 100 time. I will cry with those same tears I cryied for the first time I saw them. SCORPIONS YOU ARE MY LIFE. I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART.

i am 36yo and was in the concert too in the third row in arena off course !!!
It was SO CROWDED that i had no way to make my feet touch the ground...because there was no space AT ALL ...!!!!! ages ???? from 10 !!!! to 60+ years old ...
All yealling and dancing !!!
I want to go to Thessaloniki to see them again tonight !!!! .....!!!!!

Yeah me too... thats how i feel... Even now when i remember those moments from the scorpions' concerts, i feel chills on my body... and also when i hear the intro of new generation i feel so strange!
