I'm a big fan of Matthias Jabs. I hope on the Scorp's new CD they include a song (or solo) that will allow Matthias to do some "showing-off" (maybe a long, one minute solo). Although I feel that Michael Schenker and Uli Jon Roth are more accomplished guitar players than Jabs I feel that Jabs is a greatly under-rated guitarist.

for me, i hope we can hear him sing a vers or something like that...!

I am hoping for some harder edge music which includes the use of the VOX by Matthias.

Yes i agree, not one long solo but a lot more soloing than on unbreakable. i really hope that the new cd will rock even more than unbr.because unbreakable showed us that they can still rock hard, but i know that they can do even better. and that includes solos from matt.m my advice, drop the cheesy ballad and play faster songs instead..dynamite,cant get enough, blackout, blood too hot, etc...also songs like love em or leave em comes across really well i think. pretty powerfull. Yes we want to hear a beautifull big solo from Matthias &to hear his voice I have got the impression that he must have good voice.He is one of my favourite guitar players

I love Matthias Jabs and I really hope this new album will let him express his full potential as a guitarist, not that he has ever done less than exellent.

Yeah I love Matthias like all Scorpionsguys.
I love his solos like Rudy's play too.
However, yeah, I also am wery curious what might be Matthy's voice.
I never have heared him neither to speak nor to sing.
To know his voice is for me like to know his face for you my friends.

Hey Gabi...I've never heard Matthias singing as well...I would like to see that...hahaha
But if you wanna check him speaking...you can see an interview in Acoustica DVD...there're a lot of interviews...and some of them are Matthias speaking....hope you enjoy it...because I affirm to you that his voice is so beutiful as he is...hehehe

i love matthias' style ,too cause he plays so different than the other guitarists. when i hear his playing i can understand easily he's matthias jabs without seeing him.
