matthias is just doing some pinch harmonics. i dont have free time to tab this but you should be able to figure out the notes

search a bit on your fretboard, listen to the song and try-retry until you got it. i think the key of the song is e (i can,t listen to it right now) so mess around with e pentatonic scale's harmonics and you should be ok
