I can't seem to DL Miracle & I want to Pay 4 it!!!

I've tried a number of times & ways to download the song "Miracle"

I was wondering if anybody from the USA has been able to DL it & if so how?

I'm a huge fan of the Scorps & I've been seeing them since 4/21/84.

I was lucky enough to see them 3 times last year & got to meet them all 3 days too!!!
