Just a quick question, how do you set it up so people can send you PM's?

Anyone can send you one. They just need to go to 'private messages', 'new' then put the username in the box.
To show you, I have just sent you one. Did you get

Miklos is correct, as long as you have your "options" set up to enable people to send you a PM. To do this go to your private messages, then click on the "options" box. There you will find a place to enable PM's. Hope this was helpful!
