Time zone in my profile

Why, when ever I go to edit my profile, time zone is reseted to (+13:00)?

P.S. Why do you need time zone anyway? I haven't seen that time is displayed anywhere on site...





...is it rock, is it roll...
...what ever it is...
...I can't get it all...

This feature doesn´t work for reasons i haven´t figured out yet.
