I am tying to upload some pictures to my album but it keeps repeating error some illegal characters or something like that... What is wrong?

well...........i have problems to delete my pic..........
and about your problem Darth, try to check the size of the pic that you want to insert, it must be maxim 180kb for every photo......i had the same problem as you, now it's working

No, the pictures are less than 180 KB, I uploaded them from Internet Explorer, it didn't work in Firefox...

That happened to me when the name of the file was too long. When I rename the file it works (but don't know the maximum size of the name).

I've deleted pictures... just edit your pictures, choose the file, mark the box "delete this picture" and that's it (as far as I can remember, but it works).

Just keep trying because it works...

The only suggestion I have to the webmaster is to have an option to see the photo album page with the names of the people that have pictures, not 2915 names, almost all of them empty... Or simply mark the ones that are empty/with pics (not that I want my name marked! Just want to see other photo albuns and can't because it'sn too slow)
