Problems that I see are:
NO INTERACTION from the band..and this is their website!

the chat is bad..may we go back to the old one? I know it didnt have ignore..but at this point we would put up with the buttheads.

I think you covered it OCS. Adding those features would definitely improve the site. I don’t think its unreasonable to expect those things from an “official site”. Interaction will probably never happen, but why not at least a diary? It would have been great to read the recording progress for “Unbreakable”, to get a behind the scenes glimpse into the process and to read the band’s thoughts as they made the album. The same would hold true for a tour diary, impressions and experiences of the band as they tour the world.
