Number of posts

Not that I really care, but somehow my number of posts went from around 1800 to under 600

At first I thought maybe only "quality posts" count now and therefore the reduced number, but after further thought I realize if only quality posts are counted I'd still be on zero

So what happened

Your posts belong the highest leweled stuff on the forum, so I especially feel a regret because of losing of some.

A mirachle happened with me as well for this morning.
I just have checked number of my posts, just "accidentally", lol, I also have lost more than 2000 posts since yesterday.
Yesterday everything was all right, but some of my posts were stolen while I was sleeping.

I lost some too, but not as many as you. (If I lost as many as Nik I'd be in negative posts! ) I've also had it happen where I make some posts and the number never changes.

About a month ago McDonalds ran a campaign for Great Taste of America....one was a Chicago Burger....oh my goodness....all I can say is that it reminded me of the hotdog stands in Chicago where you could get everything on a hotdog but the hotdog.... ....this is from memory....it had cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, cheese, lettuce, peppers, and some kind of sauce that was to be from Chicago....I never had one....it didn't sound good....and to be honest....only in Madrid did I have a hamburger from Mcdonalds that tasted like one from the US.....

I think when Wolfgang delete some topics cause of fights, insulting etc... we lose numbers when we´ve posted on this topics. But I don´t know why you´ve lost so many numbers Mike. Maybe webmaster will have an answer for you

Hmm, I figured McD's would be the same everywhere. Regarding the burgers, Chicago really doesn't have a local variety, but I'm sure you can load it up anyway you want at some places. But we do have a local thing with the Chicago Dog, loaded pretty much like you said but no lettuce or cheese and usually with a decent-sized (jumbo) dog. Tastes great. OK, we're way off topic, dock me another 100 posts

I think when Wolfgang delete some topics cause of fights, insulting etc... we lose numbers when we´ve posted on this topics. But I don´t know why you´ve lost so many numbers Mike.

Maybe, but I probably wouldn't be affected that much as I never insult or fight. I'll argue a point, debate, or confront someone if warranted but always try to be civil. I was thinking maybe older topics that get archived results in the elimination of all posts they contained. The vast majority of my posts were from 2003-2004 so that would make sense.

Maybe webmaster will have an answer for you

That fight/insulting-theory would be correct as for my posts, but as I recall, Nik never have ever insulted anybody on the forum so he shouldn't have lost 5000 posts because of it.
