Where´s the helping hand??

Mara tries since Saturday to log in to the forum with her old nickname. She got a new password, clicked on the link to activate the password and it don´t work. She tried it again and again, till the password don´t worked anymore (it never has done it before ) ok this can happen. Then she followed what was standing on the site....

IF YOU CONTINUE TO HAVE PROBLEMS PLEASE CONTACT THE BOARD ADMINISTRATOR

This was on Saturday...in the meantime Mara tried it again and again, got other passwords from the forum, she activated them and couldn´t log in to the forum. She mailed Wolfgang again and I also have sent him a mail yesterday in German, but still no answer!!

Also Francois (blackout1991) got this error
"The e-mail/username information submitted could not be found"

Wolfgang said on another topic that ppl have to follow exactly the instructions, but it´s NOT every time the fault of the members and it´s a shame that we do not get the promised help from the administrator and never a reply to our mails.
Please Wolfgang don´t tell me now you are too busy to give a short answer to ppl who can´t log in to the forum ...I´m just waiting for this

Please calm down, i already sent her an email yesterday besides the other ones who need help.

Btw i receive many emails where people don´t tell me their username neither their password. How should i be able to help in such a case?

It´s really hard to calm down...I talked to Mara today and she got a new password which also don´t work!! Please try to log in for her and gave the password to her...thanks

Kathy (Aslan) mailed me that she also has problems to log in like Mara too, the password don´t work, also not with the code. She also asked Wolfgang for help without reply.
Wolfgang nobody of us can read your thoughts!!! When somebody mail you and forgot the username or password just go and ask her/him...it only need less than a minute to do that. To ignore mails when they are not 100% correct isn´t a good job or?

As you can tell my nickname....am the same Aslan....just upset....I had to set up a new account to get on the forum....the webmaster did send me a new password....by the way....was that referring to my character.... ....but once again....when I tried to log in I got the following two messages....I only tried logging in once....

another problem:
I´ve changed the language to German and now it changed back to English and I haven´t changed anything on my profile settings today. Ok I´ll be happy as long as it don´t change to Chinese or Japanese letters than I would be lost

it´s absolute not the problem I´ve talked about and both Mara and Kathy have activated the new password (any password they got!!)
Please tell me what they can do beside getting a new account to join the forum?? Mara for example mailed you last weekend and she still can´t log in

Wolfgang Mara got a lot of passwords from you now and not a single one of them work....there must be another error it´s not the password and it´s not the way Mara tries to log in to the forum. No wonder everyone get in here with a new account

Chrisj, Marina and Dion (killerwolf13) also can´t log in and have activated the password before... on the forum you can´t post as a guest and most of us can´t activate the old account... what can they do beside opening a new account??

Hello everyone,

Finally I am a very lucky person to get back after some days patient waiting.

Now, I have been reading the forum since the reopening, and believe me, I understand everyone's anger, because I was in same shoes and wanted tobe back so much.
However, Wolfgang has already got enough "black soup" here, so I would like to defend him abit.
He really has tryed to help me for many days, I wouldn't say it, if it wasn't true.
He continuely replyed my e-mails, gave me newer and newer passwords again and again, and tryed to solv my problem.
His "hard work" was succesful finally this evening.
Now, if he could find a solution for me, I am totally sure that she will do for everyone sooner or later.
Just imagine howmany members he has to help.
He isn't in an easy situation I think so, so we shouldn't do it more difficult with our offences than it is now.
I wish, everyone was here again, but I do believe that the problem will be solved.

I think she has changed her username, isn't chris meiner or somthing like that? She has asked you to change her username and I think her oldest is Chrisj

but it doesn't matter anymore....Chrisj (I miss my old username sometimes)

Wolfgang has sent me six passwords but none of them worked. The seventh password finally worked.
