Forum Code error

when I´ll change/edit anything in my profile or in a message topic, the forum code is descufigured, forum code is transfomed in HTML code. For example: the code [b] is changed by the code
If I´ll change my photo in my profile, all my signature is desconfigured, all codes are changed by HTML code.
Sorry, my english is terrible lol
