i love hell

I've been a huge fan since 1980 and I first saw the band in Edinburgh, Scotland during their Blackout Tour. Last night, I saw The Scorpions in Doha, Qatar as part of their Peace For All Acoustica tour. It was an absolutely amazing concert and the beach-front setting was perfect. The sound was excellent and the band were on top form. It was the Acoustica DVD live - dancers et al!
The experience was made even more perfect as I got 2 Meet and Greet passes from the organisers due to my Unkle Fezter's Ear solo project CDs being chosen to be played as part of the pre-show. I met all of the band and got the opportunity to talk to them and to give them my CDs and some T-shirts. The band were amazing as they took time to talk to each fan, sign autographs and pose for photos. The Scorpions have been a major influence in my song writing and it was an absolute privilege to meet the band. Thanks for coming to Qatar and I hope that you like the CDs!

I was just avoiding the cold weather outside and starting looking up some of my favorites with the Scorpions 1st on the list. Nice site. My God it's been at least 8 years since I've seen you guys up close and personal. Thanks to some good friends and as well personal friends of yours I had the opportunity to meet you back stage after climbing over the 5 rows of chairs in front of me.
I never had to opportunity to speak with a top rock band on a personal basis with limited interuption as this was before they started the meet and greets. I didn't have a back stage pass but, with the help of a long time personal American Friend of yours he made it rather easy for me.
I stood in the back stage room with a few others and low and behold Matthias walked in first and walked right over to me and we spoke for a while. Talk about butter flies in my stomach I was in awe.
Matt was a perfect gentleman and didn't rush to speak to others, thank you Matt for making a sad girl feel on top of the world. I was crushed after a recent breakup with a long time boyfriend and even though I ended it by my choice I felt so lonely and unattractive as It's hard to forget someone even though I knew I had to, to avoid anymore mental & controlling torture from my former Dave.
You made me a dream come true for me to come up to me first and spend a good amount of time with me not in a hurry to run over to visit with another gal. A couple of the girls told me that you were really checking me out and when you eventually went to sign a few autographs they said you walked trowards them, but had your head turned looking at me. Thanks sweetheart for making me feel pretty in a very dark period in my life.
Thanks also, to Klaus, Rudy, Herman it was a pleasure to meet the best German rockers in the world and people from the country my family came from.

I have to agree with Jude, I love the Deep and Dark tunes of SCORPIONS this time of season. The ones with the spooky kind of riffs, like Hit between the eyes, Alien Nation, Black-Out, I include No one like you on that cool list also, after seeing the video. I've never heard a SCORPION song that I didn't Love.

C'est peut-être parce qu'il est toujours là que je ne l'ai pas nommé.
Mais en tant que guitariste( lead/ rhytm guitars):c'est le bon candidat pour Scorps. Son jeu de gratte est excellent et reconnaissable , donnant avec Rudolf: l'identité musicale( si belle, ...)de Scorpions
De toutes façons, Matthias est le troisième pillier du groupe renforçant le duo SCHENKER/MEINE car il est là depuis (très) longtemps.
J'adore ses poses de guitariste lors de concerts: le délire...!!!
J'aime le groupe( entier) et je Still Loving SCORPIONS FOREVER:LE groupe de ma vie!!!Oh Yeah!Ouh!!!

Hi the Scorpions! I love your music! I discovered you when I had 11 with the song "Wind of Change". Now, I'm 16 and I "Wind of change" is my favourite song (with "Send me an angel"). When do you go in France? I would like to see you in a concert! I would buy EVERY CD's you make, but I can't! Good luck for the rest!

I heard you're gonna play "Maybe I ,Maybe You." Yeah, right...it's an acoustic live so the song is perfect for that. And I will probably never be able to listen to it...sob, sob, sob...

I'm glad that you're still rocking the world. My little brother is a great Scorp fan and would like to say that your music is very emotional. He is a fan of anime 'n wonders if your song "Maybe I Maybe You" would fit in as a soundtrack for the upcoming anime series: "Saint Seiya: Hades Chapter Inferno" by Toei Animation which is due to be released in December, Japan. He is a fan of the series and points out that certain verses like "key to the stars" 'n "Soldiers of love" have relevance in the series. Go to "www.toeianimation.com".
